One going on auction I’m interested in, what’s a good price on these?
Tupperware stock? Good deal, not my deal: $700-$800

7WSM
Strange things happen at auction. As a buyer, I’d probably want to be in the $800 range for synthetic and 1K range for wood.
Unless I actually wanted it.

Well it says sold, so did you get it?

I have that exact gun but .270 WSM and really like it.
Tupperware. This auction ends tonight, local.
I was thinking $750-$800 but these days who knows what anything is “worth”

You’re definitely in the right ballpark.

The one bsa linked was an exceptional deal that sold a few weeks back.

Gotcha, but a good deal at today’s prices.

I sold a stainless one a couple weeks ago that was mechanically solid but had a few issues:

Barrel has been cut to 22”

Had been painted and most of the paint removed but still had some pink highlights

Original stock replaced with a new factory laminate

After 12 bids it brought $980…quite a bit more then I expected.

Pretty good deal, those are what I look for, but find better deals locally.. You know that though. The last stainless classic 7WSM I bought, was $500. Just sayin.

We had a terrible initiative, Measure 114, barely pass in Oregon and it had me scrambling to get ahead of the game so I wouldn’t feel the need to buy anything under the rules of this turd before it gets tossed by SCOTUS. To that end among other things I bought an unfired J-bolt era stainless M700 in 7 SAUM as a donor for a future build. I paid way more than the above numbers you guys are tossing around for it. And I’m very glad I did. Point being, all it takes is one desperate fool to drive prices up beyond what seems reasonable! smile Mine wasn’t an auction, but I guarantee if I hadn’t snagged it someone else was gonna.

I have a couple 7 WSM’s, love them. I think this one becomes a light 6.5 SAUM.

So we can keep a level playing field, how many years ago was that? grin
