In thoughts with my cousin who opened up today's Moose season in SE Alaska, here is something I cooked up today, using ingredients he helped me get fresh up there
And today it's in the 70s where we had 107/102 the past 2 days, so I figured w/a 'cool spell' even though it's a little early, why not.
Can't see it in the pic, but I added a few shots of Tabasco, some Black Pepper, and Cajun Blake's Ragin Blaze Chipotle infused Cajun seasoning.
And a few Cheezits since I had no Oyster crackers.
The stuff is GOOD!
