it's been a minute but i believe these were butter, green onion, parmesan, and hot sauce

this is a batch of chargrilled oysters (like drago's- butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese)

and raw for the finale. dash of hot sauce if you must. or a saltine. definitely a good, cold beer to go with

Appalachicola (sp?) bay oysters?

I like em better than the Louisiana oysters.

appalach always had the best. i'm not sure how the industry is after all the storms. the bayou (murder point oysters) has been good.

A lot of folks don't bite them, for some reason...

I don't think I've seen an oyster in the shell.

I love raw oysters, but the cooked ones gross me out. Go figure.

Lately, been thinking about 2 dozen ice cold Alabama Murder Points or Long Island Blue Points, cocktail sauce made with XXXX hot horse radish to blow out your sinuses and a bucket of iced Augustiner Brau Edelstoffs.

I can eat 8 fried oysters and feel like I should stop, but I can eat 20 raw on a saltine with Tabasco and be fine.
Used to be able to down fried oysters all night.

i think it's the breading. place near here serves good fried pork chops, but as soon as you finish it, you're done.
