Goofy fuggers abound, but man I sure like this old boy.

Who are your favs?
I watch Kent Rollins, Chef Jean Pierre, Rosanna (Villa Cocina) and several others.
I've watched a lot of Guga Foods
Guga does some wild experiments.
I tend to ones cooking outdoors, like Wilderness Cooking (from Azerbaijan), Georgie Kavkas (from Georgia - the country), Kanan Badalov (also Azerbaijan), plus a couple Thai/Cambodian sweeties (Thyda cooking, Soros) that make interesting stuff. Also a couple guys who do great stuff with charcoal - PitmasterX and Smokin’ Dad BBQ. Except for the last two, most of these don’t have a lot of chatter while they’re cooking.
I like Rawlins & have learned good bit from him. Maybe it's me, but it seems he really going a bit far lately with the drawl. Jean Pierre might be my fave lately. Daddy Jack Chapin(RIP) but his vids are still shown.
I've learned a lot from Guga's sous vide experiments with steaks.
Anybody watch Smokin' & Grillin' with AB?
Yes, just enough to know he has an interesting show.
He's done some pretty good looking stuff on there.

I used to watch Sam The Cooking Guy....but he got a little c***y on one episode regarding the South and Paula Deen. Fugg him.

Melissa Guerra had a PBS cooking show in the '80s. She taught me a lot about cooking with spices. Glad to find her again.
