I hear they make a nice tea.
Ship them out of Iowa so somebody can appreciate them.
LOL
Habanero peppers usually turn orange or red when ripe. Green are not ripe.
Can i do anything like dehydrate the green ones?
Deflave you want some?
I dehydrate them and grind them up. Put ‘‘em in a shaker and use on jerky.
Hot sauces, pickled eggs, stews, salsas, stir fry, meat loaf...party prank.
Put them in anything that you want good spicy heat flavor. If using whole just put a few slits in them and drop them into the pot and fish the pepper out later in the cooking process.
Ymmv
So, from this I assume green Habanero peppers still taste okay. I have a lot of them that are still green. Very few have turned orange planning to pickle peppers soon.
Drop a few in a bottle of vodka for Bloody Marys.
Ferment them. Turn them into hot sauce
Same as eating green Bell peppers, just a bit higher on the Scoville scale.
Put one or two in each jar of pickled eggs you make.... yum!!!
