Finished pics in a few.👊🏻
Get those tacos loaded!
Good looking fish, Judman.
Did you charter one of the pongas out of Cabo?
Fished hard for yellowtail in Sea of Cortez. No luck.
Crushed the tuna out trolling. Picked up a decent rooster by The Arch in Cabo..
Yep, rancho leonaro, Los barilles. Cool rustic spot off the beaten path. We did well on the yellowtail, awesome fish, hard fightin and delicious. I can understand why is so expensive now. I need to catch me a rooster, haven’t targeted them yet.
Not much, that'll reef you quicker that a decent yellowtail !!
Pull like a freight train.
Caught lots, growing up on the salt, in Australia.
Pretty good for sashimi too, when fresh.
Betting this seasoning, woulda been killa on that fish !
Somebody needs to post up a good recipe for Baja sauce. We make fish or shrimp tacos once a week and still haven’t nailed the perfect sauce.
Looks AWESOME Judman!
Had Yellowfin last night, having it again tonight
As for Tilapia, I am sure that the only people that eat them are the homeless people that live in broken-down trailers on the side of the road in California.

I’ll have to check that out Paul. Hopefully catch some walleye next month in Montana, never fished or ate em. Your pics surd make em look good👊🏻
I use two different types of sauce on my fish tacos. One I make out of Mexican crema, lime juice , cilantro and optional hots sauce of your choice.
The other I use plain greek yogurt , lime juice , cilantro and optional hot sauce of your choice.
If your genetically opposed to cilantro that is optional as well. If like a little garlic add that. Sub adobo sauce for any hot sauce. Adjust per your own taste. I like to keep it simple.
