What/where/who makes/is a decent one for an AR15? Thanks

What features make one that is "decent" in your mind?

I'd buy one from White Oak and get 1/4 MOA clicks.

You know, stuff like accurate and stay put adjustments, one that don't bend in the sun and holds on tight. Stuff like that.

I have a Daniel Defense 1.5 on one but want a carry handle on another.

It's tough to beat the WOA. You can even get them regular or pinned.

Now is a good time to look for them used, since NRA & CMP Highpower have allowed the use of scopes.

Ok, maybe not THAT decent.
I put one of these on an 11.5" AR pistol. Works fine for a general purpose firearm.

depends on your demands but WOA makes the most repeatable best rear AR sights out there bar none. Bar none.

Very few folks would need them that good though.
I've never had or used a double-pinned rear sight, but that WOA does look really nice.

For most of us, shooting ARs and ammo that will typically group around 1.5-2.0 moa, we really don't get the intended benefit of a 1/4 moa sight, built that tight.

Nothing wrong with a Colt carry handle either. The PSA is probably fine too.

If you're looking on ebar or whatever I would keep the search to USGI . I think they have a cardinal stamped on them or something. The ones under 35 bucks tend to be aluminum copies, don't know about the PSA one or even the Aero precision I posted. Good luck, be patient.

I have several from Aero Precision. If you catch them on a sale the price is pretty reasonable for a great product.

I bought a DPMS carry handle for $99. It is well made.
I've found several Colt take-off's for less than $50. Easy if you ask around on different forums. They are true mispec height and better quality than the PSA carry handles.
Same here. Put a WTB ad on here when I bought a couple 6920's few years ago. Had 2 within a week. Less than $50 ea. Can't beat the colts
