Yeah I do. I use it primarily for a predator rifle.
MGM 26" barrel. Have only shot Coyotes with it. Puts nice holes in them.
Load to shoot this group, 3 shots at 100 yards; WW 22-250 brass sized up, 87 grain Speer TNT, 39 grains of Ramshot Big Game and WW large rifle primer. Bullet seated just off the lands. 3 shot groups are always under 1/2 inch if I'm trying real hard with this load
Oh yeah, with a cheap 4x Bushnell scope...
Accurate and no recoil.. what's not to like!
Group measures .232" center to center.
My Grandpa bought a model 1899 Savage 250-3000 take-down levergun in 1918. First centerfire rifle I ever shot. Shot that rifle a lot growing up. My older brother has it now. Love that rifle and love the 250-3000 cartridge! So there is some history in my family using that gun and cartridge. My Grandpa used it to help feed his family in the Great Depression in Wisconson and Minnesota from the stories I was told as a boy.
(I hope the image shows up...LOL)
