Usually I grow San Marzano or the like for canning and marinara. This year I tried a new variety called Jory. Had no idea a sauce tomato could grow like this. And they are all big!
Flavor is good and they are meaty inside.

Will have to try those next year. My San Marzanos and Romas were just crap this year. I’m keeping a garden notebook starting this year, what worked, what didn’t, things to do differently next year etc….

Did you eat any as a table or Sammie?
How were they.

That looks like a contender to be a good for anything plant.
