My Remington M5 Zastava routinely puts 10 Aguila Target rounds in a shade over half an inch at 50. Groups open up to the inch range with bulk ammo.
The triggers are pretty easy to adjust.

As far as I know the only difference between the CZ99 and that Remington was the stock. And, those can be refinished. The thing caught my eye was the availability in 22mag.
I think Slavik missed a bet, but; that is just another IMHO. He maybe in some desolate part of the world where choices are limited and looks like he has done ok.
