My Father and several of my uncles were B-17 crewman. My uncle got to go for a ride on one in Jan. He was nearly blind but still loved it. He probably got chilled waiting on the tarmac to make the flight and died of pnuemonia 10 days later. He was 90. I'm really glad he got to make one more flight on a B-17 before he passed away. David
