Project complete! The more I use RL 17, the more I like it! 40 rounds, in 3 shot groups, with the largest velocity spread at 15 fps. Most were under 10 fps, and most groups ran between 3/4" and an inch. I settled on a 3133 fps average(highest velocity group was around 3170fps), with the group under 1/2". No heavy bolt lift, and primers were "just" starting to flatten, with all shooting done in mid 80's to mid 90's (allowing rifle and ammo to reach ambient) for temp's. Contacted Leupold for the turrets. Now for the opportunity to put it to use. memtb
