As has been said, 50 is far too young, but I've known people as young as 37 who fell to heart attack, so there's no telling when anything will strike us down.
Best to keep your affairs in order as you go along, including keeping friendships and relationships with loved ones current so that those left behind don't have to guess where they stood with you.
