We cut and wrapped it ourselves and I didn't weigh the packages, but I sure I'd be pretty close with an estimate at 275-300 pounds. We did a lot of steaks, roasts, stew meat for canning and the rest (60-70 pounds) will go to our processor to be made into breakfast and polish sausage. We still have a fir amount of hamburger left from the cow my wife got two years ago.


Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.
