It's partially inletted, there's no bolt handle cutout and no ejection port cutout yet.
The shrike is for Rem 700's and clones, the Legend is for Win 70's.
This particular stock was ordered for a Borden Timberline which is a 700 clone with the addition of a bolt release on the left side. A 700 action will still fit just fine.
