I have the opportunity to have a pocket knife made, would like a folder so it carries neatly.
Micarta scales, about 3-4 inches long when closed.
I had a fang shape that I didn't like and am looking for suggestions or what everyone likes to carry.
Some have said wharncliffe, others like drop points or clip points.
What's your favorite and why? I tend to use it for all sorts of everyday school teacher, father of 2 girls chores: box opening, fingernail cleaning, splinter removal, apple or pear cutting, whittling, etc.
Thanks for any advice you can offer.
Here's a link I found on shapes that I'm going off of:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blade
I kind of like the shape of this one, but wonder about a little more curvature in the handle.

Please help me build a knife that will last longer than I will.
