Pot is smoked by equal parts of the population. Only blacks are jailed 4 times as often. They get a record.. making it difficult to get a decent job, voting, a place to live etc etc..

Booze is a worse drug then Pot, and still its legal.


There's just that pesky Constitution again.

There are already felony laws on the books for use of a firearm in commission. They just aren't prosecuted.

We don't need new laws; we need to enforce the ones already on the books.
