There's nothing wrong with a 30 year note either. If any of you can tell me how your life will be with 100% certainty in say 10 years, I'll kiss your sister's black cat's ass.



It's NOTHING to pay more into, but if for some unforeseen circumstance, the extra nut can't be made it's not the end of the world.
