Since I have pics today, thought I would put up a new thread.

Lots of marble and little eye, just the way I like 'em.

Made some sugar snap peas. Butter/EVOO saute, turned off heat and added some basil paste and lemon zest. Polenta with Parm/Romano mix.

Ten minutes, oh who am I kidding, seven minutes later, The boy and I had pretty much done a number on it.

About half way through he said he was full on polenta, but not steak!
