Most American suppressors use a 24 or 28 thread. You would have to have an adaptor made to use on a Maxim threaded brl. Humm...that's very doable. Not sure if you could run a .227 bullet through a .223 can (probably can) and would need to check the original Maxim threading for trueness.

This sounds like another money pit that I don't need to be thinking about. eek
