Pop and I going fishing, cane poles and a cage of crickets, a box of Ritz, a couple of cans of potted meat and Viennas. I guess I'm officially old, being several years older than Dad was on those outings years ago.
Another post reminded me: cold pork and beans straight from the can.
i have been known to this day for all of that stuff, plus onions, dark bread, and hard cheese. it came from my dad too.
