Little tiny "packers" were the norm here if they even existed at all till the discount grocer started taking orders.
Now I can buy 16-18 pounders out of their walk-in box and separate them for multiple cooks. I'm in heaven.
Don't think a jewish deli will fly here in WV but I can dream.
