Track & Field; discus, shotput, javelin and weight man's relay.
Target Shooting; Grade school and USMC intermural at Kanehoe Bay.
Tae Kwon Do; my kids are all Black belts too. It was our Little League. Taught for 12 years, Nationals Level Ref and Coach.
Arnis; Just a hacker,
Hapkido; a hacker there too.
Wing Chun; My favorite. At my age it needs to be.
