I make butter chicken which is a light curry, but it has quite a few ingredients in it, and I make a chicken korma which is a medium curry, and then I make a chicken curry that will leave behind trails of pain.

If you would like the recipes please let me know and I will post them here. I learned to make these recipes from one of my employers, she taught me in her own kitchen, she is of East Indian descent and has taught me the traditional way of Indian cooking. All three recipes are outstanding.
