Because of the delinquents' ages, most of this is being kept under wraps. They did release the info that the 3 boys held the girl down and peed in her mouth. The 3 are from the Sudan and Iraq, not Syria.
Since they're all Muslim, I think this is a good case for Sharia law - cane the little bast...ds.
It was announced today that the apartment complex has served eviction notices on all 3 of the boys' families. Hopefully the nearest housing they can find is in Mexico a hole in the ground.
They'll be shooting up a mall or school when they get bigger, as there is no possible way they were not trained to do what they did.
