Mornin' Shrap,
I hear what you are sayin’, but if I were to go back and add irons to these stock factory rifles, then they would no longer be “stock” IMHO.
Remington 700 “C” grade, 270 Win. and a "two-fer"
Remington 700 LVSF, 17 Remington
Remington M7 Predator, 17 Fireball
Didn’t have dead animal pix for these two
Remington 700 Classic, 250 Savage
Remington 700 CDL, SF, LTD, 75th Anniversary 257 Roberts
And last but not least, a pix I found from circa 1990 that I scanned in. I had been calling in crows and one lit on a limb about 175 yds. down the easement I was set up on. I winged him and he dropped. While he was laying there flapping, this coyote happened to run out of the brush and grabbed the bird. So I nailed him also. Been so long ago I don’t remember the exact model of the rifle. Laminated Varmint Synthetic or something to that effect.
Remington 700, (LVS?) 22-250 Rem.
