In fact, the Calif. left wing legislators are not misguided at all. They know exactly what they are doing. For those far left Democrat hypocrites, it is about posing, and pontificating, pounding their chests and punching holes in the air with their fingers about how they care so much for "the people." It's all a show.
They could not care less about preventing murders. They know that criminals are going to get guns no matter what and continue to commit murders and all kinds of other crimes.
They have one thing in mind: Complete CONTROL of the honest worker peasants and serfs, and to do that they must disarm -- eventually -- all of them to establish their idea of their much longed for Great Brave New Marxist Socialist Fascist Police State Utopia.
They are -- in my opinion -- truly evil males and females who seek to destroy the State of Calif, and eventually, the United States. Their like minded comrades also populate the halls of Congress in D.C.
