I of course like ALL rifles but have a particular fondness for Krags. We have a military shoot at or club in western PA every April and ANYTHING goes as long as it was used in a military and must have irons (receiver sights good too). Brings out a bunch of neat stuff - I usually use my K31 but have used krags and springfields (the younger crowd calls a bunch of us "old school" as about all they shoot are "black" rifles - but hey at least they are shooting!! it is fun to whoop up on them with a vintage rifle
). Just picked up a Norwegian Krag in 6.5X55 that I want to use next year.
