Exactly right. I'd never choose to live in that crap hole of a state but if MA can legally enact a law like this so can Hitlary. It makes it that much easier for her to justify "common sense gun legislation" nationally because it will be thought of as constitutionally legal and the norm in other states. The end game for the Fed's is national gun laws.
As far as not complying goes if national gun laws similar to MA are in place than America as we know it is over rather some individuals completely comply or not.


Hillary is going to turn loose the lawyers on the gun makers and seller. Whether it's a big factory or someone's garage. It's that simple. She will not "take guns away", she will destroy the industry via the Courts. Like the Fed's did with tobacco. (except they let tobacco linger so they can tax it at 200%) There are liberal lawyers all across this country lining up on Hillary's side because it will be a huge payday for them suing every gun dealer and manufacturer they can.

Hillary will just set back and watch with a big smile on her face. It won't make any difference where the factory or the store is, they will all be gone in a matter of her first term. When she gets to pick the next Justice to the Supreme Court it will all be over. You all can fight about the little things like who is going to pay for it. You know the answer to that, we all are. Yankee, Southerner, Midwesterner.

When the civil attorneys get done with us, we will all have empty pockets and empty gun lockers. And, to add insult to injury, she will find a reason to lock us up to make sure we don't get any wild ideas about building our own. There will be a gulag for the purposes of re-education at the northern tip of Minnesota for guys like us. And, we know what Hillary thinks of men. We have seen this all before in history. Liberalism = socialism = communism= gulags.
