Both my Tc's (Black Diamond and Impact)will shoot Power Belts to about 4" groups at 100 yards. Probably someone with younger eyes could do better.The Black Diamond does it with Black Powder, 777, or Prodex. The Impact with BH209.
I suspect it is more a question of the right powder charge rather than bullet fit
