gnoahh, I have a bunch of milsurp,50 BMG,ball powder. Plan on shooting 280 grain cast bullets in a .375 AI. When doing fireforming with 270 grain Hornady SP's, gave just a ragged hole with 5 shot groups at 100 yards. Velocity was averaging just over 1800 fps. with a full case(to the bottom of the neck). I thought that it might make a good cast bullet load. I just didn't want to damage a barrel by having too much fun!! memtb
