http://australianoutbackbuffalosafaris.com.au/I have been on a hunt with Eddie Clarke - he got my son who was then 11yrs to 29 yards. I was able to take a Gold medal bull. It is a true outback experience, free range and in the bush. I would highly recommend Eddie.
Eddie is also a regular at the SCI show - that should give him some credibility, his family have been doing this for over 30 years - he has the runs on the board.
Be careful on what you want, farm or outback experience, cull hunt or trophy hunt, rifle or bow. All outfitters are different and have different blocks, some don't have permission to hunt and will sneak you about. Make sure you call a few references and asks about.
Carl Goodhand is another option - I know Carl but have not hunted with him.
