Smith 41's are sought after for shooters. There are no better bullseye rimfires IMHO. New ones, when you can find them, are in the $1200 range and owners are disappointed in the quality compared with he older ones.
Around here prices for the 7 3/8" with muzzle brake run from $700 to $1000, depending on condition. Original box adds value. Mine is not pristine but still shoots great. I "stole" it a couple of years ago for $700.
