Let Trump cut a deal with a bif auto maker to put an assembly plant in Chicago, IN Detroit, IN Cleveland, IN Philly for 10 years of tax breaks, and he can break the Dems back. He can say that he has done more for Urban AA's in 4 years than the Dems have in 60. If Trump gets 25% of the AA voters to leave the Dems, they can no longer win national elections, and the GOP will have a few more Senate seats. YUGE!
