Estimates will be made with contingencies, but typically not for products sourced from different vendors.

Do you really think a project that was FID'd in 2009 estimated said cost post 9 November 2016? Maybe in the unlimited spend of the government on their projects.


It's also quite obvious you don't understand the question from your response, which isn't surprising coming from an engineer.

That said, when it comes to determining cost to lay pipe, you'd be the first I'd ask.
