I just happen to have a comp coming up next Saturday. You can bet your a$$ one of the steaks above will be used for my first round turn in. I have been cooking some SCA (Steak Cook off Association) events and they supply all of the steaks which are 16oz. ribeyes. The only problem I have with SCA is that they require the steaks to be cooked to medium.
