This is BOGUS. There are legal restraints on identifying minors arrested or charged with crimes, but not restraints on showing a crime scene, especially one in progress. It is wrong for that "official" to not show the video due to an "assumption" or "suspicion" that the crime event may have involved minors - bad behavior based on weak premise.
