These have a strap across the top of the foot that really helps keep them on the shoe. The ones without the strap sometimes come off while you are walking. If the stream trekkers don't have that strap, I'd advise either passing, or planning on putting one on.
All of the fedex and ups delivery guys use these in the winter around here.
