The problem is that in order to deal with tax reform the health insurance issue needs to be resolved - they are one in the same thanks to the taxes of Obamacare. It's a nightmare for those working on this. They will have to take another run at this in the very near future. I don't see anything changing. What's going to change? At least 3 republican senators (all women) have come forward to say they aren't going to vote yes on a straight repeal, and I'm sure there are 10 others behind them feeling the same way but too afraid to speak up at this time.
