Glass bedding.....as opposed to the correct term Epoxy bedding.
Now I'm confused as I only bed using Devcon and that gets complicated because I have used both Steel and Aluminium but some can't spell that let alone say it. My redneck neighbor is hilarious even trying to recite the coloquial interpretation.
If i recall correctly....i believe 'glass bedding' was coined because initially, the hardening resin used in fiberglass was used for bedding the receiver in the stock.
Nowadays we have epoxy which functions the same as hardening resin (but works better?).
