Wow, I seldom like old threads when they come up, but I read most of this one and liked it. Back in March I bought a Ruger #3 in 25-35, stuck a Leupold 1.5X5 on it, and it instantly turned into one of my most accurate guns, and it's just a blast to shoot. Love the 25-35. I'm doing a search now just to see what the Brno looked like before, sorry I missed the after.
