As noted in the thread, I have a few 200AW holsters. but mine are all for 4"s guns, and one 5". As far as the difference between the 4" and 3" holsters, I don't know, doubt there would be much difference carry wise. Of course if you bought a 4" holster that would give you an excuse to buy a 4" gun and have a multi-purpose holster!
