how is the Weaver warranty service? Is the Weaver scope pretty tough? I have not owned one in a long while (old 6X) but I have beat up both Zeiss and Leupold scopes and they seem to be pretty rugged in the drop rifle test or the bang rifle against the tree while pulling it up with rope test. Most scopes are pretty similar these days in performance it really boils down to how the company treats its customers (warranty and service) as well as durability to average or worse (in my case) use.
