Change bullet weight and see how things go.

I have a Super Blackhawk and cannot zero it at 50 yards. I have the rear sight bottomed out and it still shoots high. This is with handloaded 240gr XTP over 24.0gr of H110. Standard 44 magnum load I’ve been reloading for 25+ years.

If I drop down to 200gr XTP, then I can zero with the sights. I prefer the 240 over the 200, so I ended up putting a Burris Fastfire 3 on the handgun which allowed me to zero at 50 yards.
