Not interested in selling, just wondering about the value. It appears there are some big value (as far as I know) differences between XTR and non-XTR 101 Pigeons. Picked this up in the early 1980s new from the old Abercrombie and Fitch at Phipps in Buckhead, Atlanta. A&F got a few of these in and we were lucky to get one early before they all sold out. It’s unfired, new old stock with box, luggage case & papers. There is not a mark on it. Japan / East Alton, IL. This is not an XTR model. I believe the XTR 101 Pigeons came out after this one. Just wondering on the value. I don’t want to confuse or equate the value on this with an XTR if there is a difference. Are these non-XTR Pigeon 101’s worth more? Can’t really find any discussion threads on XTR vs non-XTR Pigeon 101 values. I think this model is fairly scarce considering it’s a straight, English stock Pigeon 101 Lightweight 28 gauge new old stock in the box with all the accoutrements. 28” Fixed chokes IC/M.
