Had the option of converting to 11M in 41st In mech in 2AD or being assigned as a 11C ( ojt basically)to one of 1st Cav,s TF troops and stay 11B when I got to Hood in 88.
Raised up my Hand in that briefing.
Where is that Cav Patch.

13 months as a 11C paid alot of dividends for me and my units down the line as a 11B.
Even though my time as a 11C was in the back of a 4.2 ( 4 deuce) 113.
Still gave me schit tons of mortar experience mission wise a 11B didn't normally have.
Ain't had a Whataburger since early summer 89 when I left hood/ Killeen.
We got 4 total opening here in Clarksvegas soon!
