EIB wise.

They have train up for EIB on all stations for 2 to 3 weeks prior .
All ranks E and O alike.
Dudes with CIB,s going for their EIB also.
Some guys have been in units that didn't have the event due to other obligations _training or war.
Left units getting ready to do it to PCS some place else.
Some guys might have been in 4 5 6 7 years and it is their 1st chance at testing for it.

Have had 0-5,s believe it or not go thru my stations over the years testing for the EIB
Common skill level 10 task across the board.
30 total stations with Pt test 80 or90% in each event IIRC
( easy)270 out of 300 sticks in my mind. and wpn Qual expert 36 out of 40 to be able to go into test week.
Some people can honestly never shoot expert.
And the amount of time and ammo spent getting dudes Qual exp for EIB IIRC up to 30 days before test week was ridiculous at times.
It why they have marksman and sharpshooter badges
Some just never will shoot expert.
But higher keeps thinking some fuuking miracle will happen.
They ain't our on a Range for weeks on end running it or wanting to bang their head on a range tower beam..
BTDT...🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️😡🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
🤣🤣🤣🥴🤣🤣🤣

Schitbirds will deliberately fail pt or wpn qual to not even go to test week.
But they will mandatory go to train up no matter what.
You here all the gripes and complaints starting then alot more.
Privates up to senior NCO,s
The NCO,s should be ashamed not having one already and testing year after year after year.
Piss poor infectious attitude they spread.
Schitbirds are schit birds not matter the rank.

Just get the fuuuking thing and get it over with and then ya ain't gotta do it anymore.
Be on the committee and run a station forever after and chill the fugg out on it between test cycle ,but uphold the standards per the badge.
Do your job...
Ain't fuuuking hard....

12 mile road March 3hrs is final event with wpn assembly, disassembly, function check last event.
You fugg up wpn stuff.
Repeat rd March and wpn stuff next day.

Land nav day and night dead
Azmuths and distant only.( have your pace counts down)
Day given 8 digit grids and you plot your schit per map and protractor before start which is part of your course time also.
Neither map or protractor allowed on course during

Compass only.
Night you are given your azmuths and distances from a start point and compass only.
Better know your night pace good and how to offset obstacles enroute per pace and 3 cardinal directions per compass and get back on original azmuth track and continue.

You better get the road March done with time to spare and not cross that line.
Unfugg yourself , practice the wpn before you cross that line cause you go right into the wpn task instantly when you cross it.

Grenades get alot of guys.
Wet ground
Hard ground
How the grenade bounces or don't
How it rolls.
Accurate throw into a trench.
Distance throw into 5m ring.

Grenades are a tweeking event.

Be a 1 task master and focus on one at hand.
Get that mofo done.
Go to holding area of next unfugg your mind and focus on thar one.

Repeat till you fugg up and get a double no go on one task and bye bye.
Many do that on purpose.

Or your a blade runner with 2 1st time no go,s on seperate task
and earn it
# 3 = bye
1 1st time task no go and get it
Or true blue perfect thru out and get it.
All types of categories of tweekers out their trying to earn a EIB
🤣🤣🤣

I enjoy talking about stuff like this to you guys on here.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
