If you can use the same shell plate , then that is the way I would go. You can buy the sub parts individually from Dillon or check auction sites.
I would get the 750 and get the shell feeder if you can swing it. You will more than likely add it anyways and it will only go up in price and is very convenient.
I really like my 650 and have had 550’s also.
Never any issues with the 550 but prefer a auto index along with extra die space.
I have not loaded rifle cartridges larger than 223 on my Dillon
Presses.
Edited to say I would call Dillon and they should be able to help you out. I would recommend the carbide die for 223.
