another issue is Fani's team attacked the guy who could bury them , and he was initially claiming attorney client privilege , but because they brought up he left the firm to avoid a sexual harassment suit , now McAfee the judge has decided he needs to review whether his conversations with Wade really are privileged. I don't fully understand the connection there but if the guy who they just knifed in the back on the stand - he said on the stand that he thought Wade and him were friends, the states attorneys informed him Wade did not consider him a friend - could bury Wade from hiding assets to tax fraud to saying he had first hand knowledge of the affair.
It was a head scratching move to attack this guy on the stand
