Unfortunately the law is often what a judge says it is.
Isn’t that judge up for re-election pretty soon? I’m sure he has some trepidation about rocking the Fulton County boat. He’s gotta be real careful. Don’t think he’s been a judge too long, once worked for Fani.
Seems to me he’s being real precise, crossing all the “T’s” and dotting his “I’s”.
I hope he has the cohones to do what needs doing.
We’ll see. I won’t be too surprised if he chokes.
